The 94-unit subdivision is located in the south-west portion of Slave Lake and features quality modular homes at an attainable price for entry-level home ownership. Homes are built in a climate-controlled facility in Barrhead, Alberta, and are placed on permanent pilings in the subdivision. Interested buyers can choose a floor plan and design, and can customize and upgrade the interior, offers standard entry-level ownership right through to executive retirement living.
